French actress to feature in Tamil film

TV artiste Rajkamal turns hero with a movie titled ‘Mel Naatu Marumagan’.

The film has a French-based actress Andrean in the lead. The movie is directed by debutant MSS. The movie was given a U certificate after the makers agreed to remove a kissing scene on the request of censors.

Talking about the film, MSS says, “It is about a tourist guide, played by Rajkamal, whose dream is to marry a foreigner and get settled abroad. Luckily, he manages to woo a foreigner and even marries her.”
